Q:  Does Plan One Party Rentals provide setup and takedown service?

A: Yes, Plan One Party Rentals provides setup and takedown service for all of our inflatable rentals. We will ensure that your rental is properly setup and taken down in a timely manner. We use sandbags to ensure the inflatable. 

Q: What is your inclement weather policy? 
A: We understand that inclement weather can occur at any time. If there is a chance of rain or strong winds on the day of your event, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of postponing or cancelling the rental. If necessary, we will work with you to reschedule the rental for a later date or provide a full refund.
 

Q: Does Plan One Party Rentals offer cancellation policy?

A: Yes, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for any reason, we will refund you the deposit or full amount, as long as the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Q: What if I only want to rent the inflatable for less than 4 hours?

A: From our experience parties are usually 3-6 hours. We would like for each customer to enjoy the inflatable rental for as long as possible by offering to leave the inflatable setup earlier than the event start time and with the hope that it will be enjoyed most of the time that it is there. For less hours we still charge the same price since we have to travel, setup and pick up.
